Tony Wilson PGA Professional

Hometown: Homestead, Florida

Born in Victorville, California (son of a USAF Topgun Fighter Pilot) Tony has been a Floridian since 1978 when his father was stationed @ Homestead Air Force Base. He is a graduate of The University of Florida with a degree from the College of Architecture. Tony started his golf career in Marathon, FL at Sombrero Country Club in 1989. He came to The Villages from Hawks Landing Golf Club @ Orlando World Center Marriott in February 2018. Tony & his Seminole wife Missy have two sons Tyler & Chas both PROUD Gators!!

 

Susie Sherlock Golf Staff Lead

Hometown: Indian Harbour Beach, Florida  

Susie loves being back in Florida and calling The Villages her home. She is an avid GATOR fan and graduated from the University of Florida with a BS degree in Advertising/Communications. Prior to retirement Susie enjoyed a career in Marketing in both Atlanta and North Carolina, so shes always been a Southerner! Susie loves this great sport of golf and plays as often as she can. Susie has three great kids and six adorable grandchildren. She is excited to be a member of the Southern Oaks team.

Ed Lewis Golf Staff Lead

Hometown: Superior, Nebr

Prior to retirement, Ed served in the United States Army for 23 years retiring as a Command Sergeant Major. Immediately after, Ed went into Higer Education for 12 � years servicing working adults and Service men and women of the Armed Forces in obtaining their academic degrees. Ed and Candice moved to The Villages in 2021 and currently reside in St. Catherine�s. They enjoy golfing, traveling, and their two fur babies, Max and Thunder. Ed has been at Southern Oaks from it�s opening and enjoys servicing those of The Village�s golfing communities.

Ron Conrad Golf Staff Lead

Hometown: Springfield, MO

Ron and his wife Jo Ann first attempted retirement after 30 years in Springfield, MO and settled in Sun City-Georgetown, TX. After 8 years and unhappy with our first attempt of "active adult" living we discovered and settled in The Villages. We purchased our first home in 2015 and we are now in home #2 and live in the Village of Chitty Chatty. Prior to retirement Ron was a small business owner and utilized his talents as a water systems engineer developing water system projects for cities, water parks, theme parks, golf courses and more covering the Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma territories. Ron is an avid golfer and plays every chance he can. Ron and Jo Ann enjoy traveling and spending time with family.

David EppersonGolf Staff Lead

Hometown: Richmond, Kentucky  

David and his wife bought in The Villages in 2010 and became full-time residents November 2015. He worked in education for 34 years, graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors in Music Education. He also earned a Masters of Music Education and Rank I (administrative) certification from Eastern Kentucky University. David and Karen have a son (Christopher) and daughter (Jessica), who both live in the area with their families. David has worked for Villages Golf since January of 2016 and is thrilled to be a member of the Southern Oaks team � stop in and say hello!
